मुंबई: कोरोनाच्या काळात राज्यात जाणवणाऱ्या रक्तटंचाईवर मात करण्यासाठी आरोग्य विभाग प्रयत्न करीत असून रक्तदानाचे प्रमाण वाढविण्यासाठी आता फेसबुकची मदत घेण्यात येणार आहे. समाज माध्यमांचा वापर करण्याचे पाऊल राज्य रक्त संक्रमण परिषदेच्या माध्यमातून उचलण्यात आले आहे. कोरोनाच्या लॉकडाऊन काळात राज्यातील रक्तसाठा कमी होत होता. गर्दी टाळणे आणि कोरोनाचा संसर्ग होऊ नये यासाठी रक्तदान शिबीरांचे मोठ्या प्रमाणावर आयोजन झले नाही. काही ठिकाणी सुरक्षित अंतराचे काळजी घेत रक्तदान शिबीरे झाली. राज्यातील जनतेला संबोधताना वेळोवेळी मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे, आरोग्यमंत्री राजेश टोपे यांनी रक्तदान करण्याचे आवाहन केले आणि त्याला प्रतिसादही मिळाला. आता राज्यातील लॉकडाऊन बऱ्याच प्रमाणात शिथील करण्यात आले आहे. कोरोना बरोबरच अन्य आजारांतील गरजू रुग्णांच्या उपचारात ज्यांना रक्ताची गरज आहे त्यांना ते वेळेवर मिळावे यासाठी सामाजिक संस्थांच्या रक्तदान शिबीर सोबतच फेसबुकच्या रक्तदान टूल या सेवेची मदत घेण्यात येत असल्याचे आरोग्य विभागाचे प्रधान सचिव डॉ. प्रदीप व्यास यांनी सांगितले. या उपक्रमात राज्यभरातील सुमारे ७१ शासकीय रक्तपेढ्या फेसबुकच्या रक्तदान मोहिमेच्या व्यासपीठावर नोंदणी करण्यात येतील. त्यानंतर एखाद्या रक्तपेढीला रक्ताची गरज भासली तर ती पेढी फेसबुकच्या पेजवर तशी मागणी करेल. त्यानंतर फेसबुकमार्फत संबंधीत रक्तपेढीच्या विभागातील, शहरातील रक्तदात्यांना (ज्यांची आधीच फेसबुकवर नोंदणी झाली आहे) रक्तदानाबाबत संदेश दिला जाईल आणि कुठल्या रक्तपेढीत जाऊन कुठल्या गटाचे रक्त द्यायचे याची माहिती दिली जाईल. त्यामुळे वेळीच आवश्यक त्या गटाचे रक्त उपलब्ध झाल्यावर रुग्णाचे प्राण वाचू शकतात. फेसबुक सारख्या समाज माध्यमाचा वापर रक्तदानासारख्या जीवनदायी उपक्रमासाठी झाल्यास त्याला चांगला प्रतिसाद मिळू शकतो, असे डॉ. व्यास यांनी सांगितले. .................................................. Blood reserves in the state were declining during the corona lockdown.  Blood donation camps were not organized on a large scale to avoid crowds and prevent corona infection.  Blood donation camps were held at some places keeping in mind the safe distance.  Addressing the people of the state from time to time, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and Health Minister Rajesh Tope appealed for blood donation and he got a response. Now the lockdown in the state has been greatly relaxed.  Along with Corona, the blood donation tool of Facebook is being used along with the blood donation camps of social organizations to help the needy patients in need of blood in the treatment of other ailments.  Pradip Vyas said.  In this initiative, about 71 government blood banks across the state will be registered on the platform of Facebook's blood donation campaign.  After that, if a blood bank needs blood, it will ask for it on its Facebook page.  Blood donors in the city (who are already registered on Facebook) will be notified about the blood donation through the relevant blood bank department through Facebook and will be informed about which blood group to donate to.  Therefore, the patient's life can be saved when the blood of the required group is available in time.  If social media like Facebook is used for life-saving activities like blood donation, it can get a good response, said Dr.  Vyas said. ........................
